>DEC. FIRST FRIDAY IN downtown Sarnia

December 6 @ 6:00 pm - 11:55 pm

The holiday season is in full swing and it’s time to stroll the downtown while taking in the smells of comfort food at the restaurants, beautiful winter colours in the fashion shops and of course music and art of every kind. This is just a bit of what to expect while out and about for the December 6th First Friday Cultural Walkabout. With Christmas weeks away, why not take the opportunity for a little shopping or list making while you browse. Sarnia’s downtown district promises to be a festive place to be for the holiday season. Adding to the festive mood of the evening, Resolution a cappella quartet will be singing in various spots throughout downtown and The Nightingale Chorus will be performing in the lobby of the Imperial Theatre from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. giving you a sample of their upcoming show ‘When Christmas Comes to Town’. Seasonal looks, sights and sounds will fill every corner so mark your calendars and make plans now for a date night or Christmas girls night out. Shop, dine, be entertained…in YOUR downtown!
Remember that parking is free in all the municipal lots and on the street after 6:00 p.m.
