Cheeky Monkey, is starting off 2019 by introducing the city to a new singing duo during the January 4th First Friday.

Me & Mr. Smith are a soulful acoustic duo with a well balanced mix of soft classic rock, soul, and rhythm and blues in their playlist. As a duo, you’ll be surprised at how full and rich a sound they create with just voice and guitar. Lise Michaud is the lead singer accompanied by Nick Swan on acoustic guitar and harmonies.

During their performance, take note of the art work hanging on the back 3 walls by Bill Walters. His current exhibit and sale is called “Gifts Abound”. They will be on display for the entire month for you to view.

Cheeky Monkey, Sarnia’s downtown music & more store located at 130 Christina Street North, one of the original founding members of First Friday Cultural Walkabout, proudly hosts the monthly event from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
