Atlantic recording group PORTUGAL. THE MAN has announced the arrival of their much anticipated new album. “WOODSTOCK” arrives at last on Friday, June 16th.

The first single from the album ‘Feel It Still’ has been climbing up the charts at Modern Rock, Alternative and All Rock Radio in Canada.

After only a few weeks the track is already Top 10 at Modern Rock, Top 15 at Alternative and Top 25 at All Rock.

Woodstock is Portugal. The Man’s first album in over 3 years. Inspired by finding an old ticket stub from the original Woodstock and the memory of all the culture that came out of it, Woodstock was born. Talking about how Woodstock was a way for music and art to stand up to something, Portugal. The Man was driven to use that same mindset about their new album, to stand up to everything that is now our current reality.

We worked with so many rad people on this album, but ended up with just the four of us in a basement at 4am trying to say something that mattered. Trying to write music that would help people feel they’re not alone, even if they’re angry or feeling lost. This … is our way of saying that we’re all in this together.” - John Gourley, lead singer
