“100 Mph. Off the road and into the studio. This is what it sounds like for us. A friend in another band keeps telling us to ‘take care of ourselves’. I’m not sure we’re all that healthy. But we’re having the time of our lives. For however long that is, I don’t know. That’s what makes this so much fun. The illusion of freedom is enough. These are some stories I’ve heard. Some I’ve lived. Some we’ve all lived. I’m not sure how else to describe this album. Rock and Roll in 2019. September 13th.” – Brett Emmons, The Glorious Sons

JUNO Award winners The Glorious Sons announce the worldwide release of their perceptive and insightful new album ‘A War On Everything’ ‐ out September 13th on Black Box ‐ a daring 14‐track collection of stadium‐ready, “dirty, sweaty rock” (Alternative Press), rife with devastating moments of vulnerability and searing insight into universal truths about anxiety, sadness and isolation in the 21st century.

Produced by Frederik Thaae (Kate Nash, Atlas Genius), and recorded at North of Princess studios in the group’s hometown of Kingston, ON, ‘A War On Everything’ marks the start of a new chapter for a band who in 2019 alone landed their first Billboard #1, played massive Canadian shows with The Rolling Stones and Twenty‐One Pilots, and toured the U.S. with The Struts ‐ and that’s just the beginning.

On the heels of 2017’s JUNO Award‐winning album ‘Young Beauties and Fools’, that featured several hit singles including the recordsetting “S.O.S. (Sawed Off Shotgun)” which spent over 64 weeks on the Canadian Rock Radio charts and four weeks at #1 in the USA, The Glorious Sons are poised for a very special moment on the global rock landscape. The pulsing new single “Panic Attack” was the band’s fastest track to hit #1 after just 6 weeks, and is the twelfth consecutive top‐10 radio single for the band dating back to 2014.
